‘Squid Game’ actor Wi Ha Jun gets COVID-19, halts scheduled activities

South Korean actor Wi Ha Jun has tested positive for COVID-19.

His agency MSteam Entertainment confirmed the update Thursday, according to a Soompi report.

“Wi Ha Jun received a test on March 1, and he tested positive on the morning of March 2, so he is currently in self-quarantine,” said a statement released by the company.

Reports said Ha Jun had halted activities including his filming for the upcoming drama “K Project.”

Among Ha Jun’s popular shows are the Netflix hit “Squid Game” and “18 Again.” In November, he was named one of People magazine’s sexiest men on television.
