Nam Joo Hyuk to fulfill mandatory military enlistment this year

Nam Joo Hyuk is enlisting in the military this December.

In a statement cited by Soompi, Monday, Joo Hyuk's agency Management SOOP said they are yet to know final details of his mandatory service.

"Although he does have to [enlist] in December, the exact date has not been fixed because he has yet to be issued a draft notice," it read.

The statement came as confirmation after a Sports Chosun report revealed that Joo Hyuk is set to go to the military by the end of the year.

Among Joo Hyuk's shows include "Twenty-Five Twenty-One," "Start-Up," and "Weightlifting Fairy Kim Bok Joo."
