Where's Celine Dion? Fans dismayed as Rolling Stone's 200 Best Singers of All Time snubs Canadian star

Celine Dion fans were quick to express their disappointment over the absence of the Canadian singer in Rolling Stone's 200 Best Singers of All Time.

On Sunday, the magazine delivered a list of vocalists who met their standards for originality, influence, depth, and legacy. The "All By Myself" singer was not one of them.

Fans took to Twitter to air their dismay, making in "Rolling Stone" and "Celine Dion" two of the top trending topics on Philippine Twitter as of writing.

According to them, "you can't have a greatest singers list without Celine Dion." They then shared videos of the artist showcasing her vocal prowess.

As the voice behind hits such as "My Heart Will Go On" and "The Prayer," Celine has been "singing insane vocals for decades," fans said.

"Don't discredit the queen," said one fan.

Rolling Stone said the list, released on New Year's Day, "encompasses 100 years of pop music as an ongoing global conversation."

Taking the top spots in the list are Aretha Franklin, Whitney Houston, Sam Cooke, Billie Holiday, Mariah Carey, Ray Charles, Stevie Wonder, Beyoncé, Otis Redding, and Al Green.

Korean stars IU and Jungkook of BTS also made the list.
