'Stranger Things' star Noah Schnapp comes out as gay
Noah Schnapp has come out as gay.
The "Stranger Things" star posted a video on TikTok, mouthing the words: "You know what it never was? That serious."
On the video, the text said: "When I finally told my friends and family I was gay after being scared and in the closet for 18 years and all they said was ‘We know.'"
"I guess I'm more similar to Will than I thought," he added on his caption, referring to the character he plays in "Stranger Things."
Following the fourth season of the Netflix sci-fi show, Schnapp had confirmed that Will Byers is gay.
Fans — and even Netflix — commented on his TikTok to show support.
Schnapp stars alongside Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, Caleb McLaughlin, Gaten Matarazzo, and Sadie Sink in the hit "Strange Things." Season 5 is currently in the works. —JCB, GMA Integrated News
