Kate Hudson reveals if Matthew McConaughey is her best on-screen kiss

In romantic movies, chemistry is everything. The spark between the actor and actress could make or break the film. Kate Hudson, who has starred in several romantic comedies, knows a thing or two about this.

Among others, she starred in the hit film "How to a Lose a Guy in 10 Days," with Matthew McConaughey. In an interview with "Vanity Fair" via a lie detector test, Hudon revealed if McConaughey is a good kisser or not.

In the joint interview with "The Glass Onion" co-star Janelle Monae, Monae first brought up the time when Hudson previously called actor Billy Crudup a good kisser. Crudup and Hudson co-starred in the movie "Almost Famous."

Monae then asked Hudson about McConaughey's kissing skills, as compared to Crudup.

"I think Crudup is a gentler kisser," answered Hudson, laughing. "I wouldn't say better, definitely just gentler. It's a more sophisticated version of a kiss."

Using a theater reference, she went to compare Crudup to "Stanislavski" and University of Texas fan McConaughey to "Longhorns."

Monae then asked how she would rate comedian and actor Dane Cook's kissing.

Laughing, Hudson, replied, "Cancelled!"

Cook previously called Hudson his worst on-screen kiss on the talk show, "Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen." The two co-starred in the movie, "My Best Friend's Girl."

But Hudson's arguably best kiss? Actress Liv Tyler, her co-star in "Dr T & the Women."

"She beats them all," Hudson said.
