'Murder Mystery 2' stars Jennifer Aniston, Adam Sandler gush over beaches in the Philippines

Jennifer Aniston and Adam Sandler wind up in a tropical paradise for a friend's wedding in the upcoming action comedy "Murder Mystery 2."

Speaking of tropical paradise, would the Hollywood stars like to visit the beaches that the Philippines is known for?

In a virtual interview with the press, Jennifer and Adam had nothing but praises for the country's beautiful coasts.

"Beach in the Philippines—I've heard amazing things," said Adam.

"Any beach, we love," said Jennifer. "Sounds exquisite."

Adam then cracked a self-deprecating joke while praising Jennifer.

"The only thing I don't want to do is when I'm on the beach, I don't want to offend anyone in the Philippines when I take the shirt off. It's not great," he said. "But Jennifer on the beach in the Philippines, that'd be amazing."

"Listen, it's about the beautiful beach, the sea, the people," said Jennifer.

In "Murder Mystery 2," Adam and Jennifer team up again as married couple Nick and Audrey Spitz. They work as private detectives but are struggling to get their private eye agency off to a good start.

In the sequel, they're invited to the wedding of their friend, the Maharaja (Adeel Akhtar), who was also in the first movie. When the Maharaja is kidnapped, they must work to find out who's behind it, traveling from the tropical island to Paris, France.

Mélanie Laurent ("Inglourious Basterds") and Mark Strong ("Kingsman: The Secret Service") also co-star.

"Murder Mystery 2" is out on Netflix on March 31.

The first movie, "Murder Mystery," is currently available for streaming on Netflix.
