Taylor Swift injures hand, jokes it was Mercury retrograde

Even Taylor Swift is not immune to the effects of Mercury retrograde.

The singer injured her hand during her "The Eras Tour."

"It was all very Mercury in retrograde coded," she wrote on Instagram.

"For those asking how I cut my hand, I’m totally fine and it was my fault completely - tripped on my dress hem and fell in the dark backstage while running to a quick change - braced my fall with my palm," she added. "Don’t worry about me I’m gooooood."

The current Mercury retrograde is from April 21 to May 14. Many people believe that this phenomenon leads to an increase in delays, frustrations, miscommunications, technological mishaps, and more.

For her Eras tour, Taylor's has had some star-studded guests on and off stage. For one, Taylor's BFF Selena Gomez attended a concert.

On stage, Taylor has invited Paramore and Filipina UK-raised singer beabadoobee to perform.
