Dwayne Johnson sings 'You're Welcome' from Moana in Jimmy Fallon show

Dwayne Johnson just gave everyone a glimpse of how he will perform in the live action version of "Moana!"

On "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon," The Rock talked about the upcoming film and his role as the demigod Maui.

The actor and retired professional wrestler previously voiced the character in the original animated film released in 2016.

"I get to pay to homage not only to my Polynesian heritage and culture and also—as you guys know—it's such an incredible story that resonates with everybody around the world especially young girls," he said.

He then grabbed a microphone and began to sing, "You're Welcome," Maui's song in "Moana."

According to Dwayne, the live action adaptation will be directed by Thomas Kail, who also worked on "Hamilton." Lin-Manuel Miranda is also coming back to work on the film's music.

However, Auli'i Cravalho, the original voice of Moana, will not be reprising her role in the live action version.
