Rose of Blackpink releases ‘Messy’ for ‘F1’ movie soundtrack

Rose of Blackpink is back with a new single and her first for a movie soundtrack.

Titled “Messy,” Rose goes sexy for the love song. In its accompanying music video, she visits glamorous locations like a bar, theater, and nighttime cityscape. Clips from the upcoming movie are also featured.

“So this is my first time working on a movie soundtrack, and I am so extremely honored and excited beyond imagination to be a part of this incredible movie,” Rose said on Instagram.

“I hope you all love it, live it, dream it until @f1movie comes out JUNE 27,” the Blackpink member added.

“And just one thing.. don’t get too Messy out there folks.”

“F1” starring Brad Pitt, Kerry Condon, Tobias Menzies, Kim Bodnia, and Javier Bardem, and directed by Joseph Kosinski premieres in the Philippines on June 27.

Rose and her fellow Blackpink members Jennie and Lisa are fresh from an appearance at the Met Gala.

Rose released her debut solo album “Rosie” in 2024.

Her megahit “APT.” featuring Bruno Mars came out that same year.
