‘Modern Family’ star Eric Stonestreet marries longtime partner

Eric Stonestreet of “Modern Family” tied the knot with his longtime partner, Lindsay Schweitzer.

As seen in an Instagram post, Eric said, “It’s my birthday and guess what I got.”

“I got married!” the actor wrote in one of the wedding photos.

Jesse Tyler Ferguson, who played Eric’s husband Mitchell Pritchett on “Modern Family,” said in the comments section, “Of all second marriages, this one is my favorite! I love you both! I'm so happy for you!!!!”

According to People Magazine , the couple had an intimate wedding on September 8 as the date is between their birthdays.

They got married at their dream home in Kansas City, Missouri. They had their first dance with musicians with acoustic guitars.

Eric and Lindsay have been dating since 2017, then got engaged in 2021.
