‘Camp Rock 3’ begins production, Jonas Brothers to reprise their roles
“Camp Rock 3” has officially begun its production!
On YouTube, Disney Channel Music shared some snippets from the set in Vancouver, Canada where it featured Joe, Nick and Kevin Jonas reprising their roles as Shane, Nate and Jason Gray, members of the fictional band Connect 3.
“It’s time to head back to the camp,” Nick can be heard saying in the video.
In the caption, Disney Channel Music wrote: “We’re back! ‘Camp Rock 3’ is now in production!”

According to a report by Deadline, “Camp Rock” alum Demi Lovato will also return but this time as an executive producer of the film.
Aside from Jonas Brothers, Maria Canals-Barrera will also be reprising her role as Connie.
The new installment will also feature new cast members which include Sherry Cola, Liamani Segura, Malachi Barton, Lumi Pollack, Hudson Stone, Casey Trotter, Brooklynn Pitts and Ava Jean.
“Camp Rock 3” follows Connect 3 as they return to Camp Rock in search of a new opening act for their upcoming reunion tour. The search ignites a high-stakes competition among campers, leading to tested friendships, unexpected alliances, and surprising twists along the way.
“Camp Rock” premiered in 2008, and followed a group of teens at a summer music camp. It was Demi’s breakout role.
The four recently reunited at the Jonas Brothers’ concert in New Jersey where Joe and Demi sang the hit songs from the franchise “This is Me” and “Wouldn’t Change a Thing.”
