Sofia Vergara 'so proud' of Jessica Sanchez for winning 'America's Got Talent'
Another season of “America’s Got Talent” just ended and Sofia Vergara is in her feels.
On Instagram, the “Modern Family” star shared photos from the finale, where Filipino-American singer Jessica Sanchez was named the winner.
In her caption, Sofia congratulated Jessica.
“So proud of my Golden Buzzer Jessica Sanchez for winning [‘America’s Got Talent’] season 20!!” she said.
She added that the show had “an amazing season.”
Sofia also congratulated Jessica on X.
“Congratulations!! You deserve it!!!” she said.
Jessica first went on "America's Got Talent" at 10 and reached the semi-finals. She rose to fame as the runner-up in "American Idol" Season 11.
The singer made a grand AGT comeback in July, where she sang "Beautiful Things" by Benson Boone and earned a golden buzzer from Sofia.
In the finale episode of the competition, the Filipino-American singer delivered a powerful performance of “Golden Hour” by JVKE.
