Lindsay Lohan celebrates October 3rd with 'The Life of a Showgirl' poster

How special is October 3rd?

For Lindsay Lohan, not only is it a reference to her classic film "Mean Girls," it's also the release date of Taylor Swift's new album, "The Life of a Showgirl."

On her social media pages, the actress paid tribute to the two pop culture events with a poster showing her dressed in a bright pink outfit. On her poster, written was, “The Life of a Fetch Girl,” and “It’s October 3rd.” 

“Fetch” and “It’s October 3rd” are only two of the iconic lines from the 2004 film, “Mean Girls.” 

Meanwhile, Taylor released “The Life of a Showgirl” on October 3. 

She is set to release the music video for “The Fate of Ophelia” on October 6.

In May, Taylor bought back the rights to her entire music catalog after being locked in a feud with record executives since 2019 over ownership of her music.

Prior to this, she has been releasing re-recorded versions, or the “Taylor’s Version,” of her past albums.
