Daveigh Chase, the actress who played Samara Morgan — the American equivalent of Sadako — in "The Ring," and the voice behind Lilo in "Lilo & Stitch," has passed away at 35 years old.

Daveigh's big break was “Lilo & Stitch” in 2002, where she voiced the title character, Lilo. Lilo adopts Stitch, an extraterrestrial, who helps her with her broken family.

She is also famous for “The Ring” (2002). She portrayed Samara Morgan, who is Sadako in the Japanese classic. She is a pale white, long-haired ghost that was thrown into a well.
