Nicole Scherzinger, Jo Koy to receive Hollywood Walk of Fame stars in 2027

Two more Filipinos are set to join Lea Salonga in the Hollywood Walk of Fame!
On Instagram, the Hollywood Walk of Fame announced that Jo Koy and Nicole Scherzinger are set to receive their own stars in 2027.
Best known as the lead singer of The Pussycat Dolls, Nicole shared her tearful reaction upon hearing the news, saying she could hardly believe it.
“I am overwhelmed and so grateful!” she wrote. “With every part of my heart, thank you, thank you, thank you.”
Jo Koy, meanwhile, said he is "still in absolute awe" after learning the news.
A proud Filipina, Nicole visited the Philippines in October 2025, where she enjoyed a beach vacation in Palawan.
“Imagine having blood that ties you to a place this breathtaking,” she said in a series of portraits taken in Palawan.
That same year, Nicole won the Tony Award for Best Actress in a Musical for her powerful portrayal of Norma Desmond in "Sunset Boulevard."
Meanwhile, Jo Koy is among the voice cast of the upcoming animated film "Forgotten Island," alongside Liza Soberano, H.E.R., Dolly De Leon, and Lea Salonga, among others.
The film is set for a theatrical release on September 25.
