Physical reasons force Clickers big man Se to retire

Shopinas.com center Home Se has retired. The news about the big man's decision to call it quits came from his mother team's official website.

The PBA journeyman, who was known for his rugged plays as a defensive enforcer, was a former San Sebastian Stag who was Barako Bull's fifth overall pick in the 2002 Rookie Draft. He briefly resurrected his career, after missing action for the last two seasons, when he suited up for the Lina Group of Companies' Shopinas.com. Se also played for the Air21 Express and the Barangay Ginebra Kings. Clickers team manager Jovie Saddul was reported to have confirmed the news Tuesday morning. Saddul attributed Se's decision to physical reasons.
With the team missing a big man in the lineup, the Clickers have also reportedly given former UAAP MVP Ken Bono the chance to try out for a spot in the team. Bono has been vocal on social networking site Twitter on his intention to get back in shape and re-join the PBA. The sixth overall pick in the 2007 PBA Draft played for the Alaska Aces, the San Miguel Beermen, the Coca Cola Tigers and the Barako Bull Energy Boosters in his four-year PBA stint. — Renee Fopalan/JVP/KG, GMA News
