NBA: Spurs sign Tracy McGrady for playoffs
The San Antonio Spurs announced Tuesday (Wednesday, PHL time) that they have added NBA veteran Tracy McGrady to their roster for the playoffs, the team announced via press release.
Per club policy, terms of the contract were not announced.
McGrady was last with the Chinese Basketball Association's Qingdao Eagles as an import, averaging 25.0 points, 7.2 rebounds, 5.1 assists and 1.55 steals per game.
Prior to that, he was with the Atlanta Hawks during the lockout-shortened 2011-12 season, where he normed 5.3 points, 3.0 rebounds and 2.1 assists.
Overall, he has career numbers of 19.6 points, 5.6 rebounds, 4.4 assists and 1.21 steals.
