NBA: Raptors sign prospect Julyan Stone

The Toronto Raptors signed seldom-used point guard Julyan Stone on Thursday (Friday, PHL time), Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports reported.

Stone went undrafted in 2011, but was signed by the Denver Nuggets, and logged an average of eight minutes in 26 games over two seasons with the club. Current Toronto Raptors GM Masai Ujiri, the reigning Executive of the Year, originally picked up Stone back in Denver.

The 6'7" floor general also had stints with the NBA D-League's Idaho Stampede and Iowa Energy. - AMD, GMA News
