NBA: Lakers bring back Jordan Farmar
The Los Angeles Lakers are looking back to their heyday in their quest to rebound from the loss of Dwight Howard, and part of that includes the return of former first-round draft pick, point guard Jordan Farmar, Dave McMenamin of ESPNLA.com reported.

Farmar is set to sign a one-year veteran's minimum deal, though the Lakers will first have to negotiate a buyout with his current club, Anadolu Efes.
According to NBC Sports, as long as the price of the buyout is less than $500,000, it will not be counted against the Lakers' salary cap.
The UCLA product spent four seasons with the Lakers, a run that included back-to-back titles in 2009 and 2010. He then signed with the then-New Jersey Nets, playing two seasons there, before taking his talents to Europe.
In his last NBA season, Farmar normed 10.4 points, 1.6 rebounds and 3.3 assists, while shooting 44.0 percent from downtown.
Farmar is expected to back-up veterans Steve Nash and Steven Blake. - AMD, GMA News
