NBA: Nets reach deal with Kirilenko - report

The Brooklyn Nets will add free agent forward Andrei Kirilenko to their stacked roster, having reached a two-year deal with the Russian star, Hoop Du Jour writer Peter Vecsey reported.

According to Vecsey, Kirilenko will soon sign a two-year deal worth $3.1 million, with the second year being a player option

Kirilenko this offseason declined his $10.2 million player option with the Minnesota Timberwolves. He put up 12.4 points, 5.7 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 1.5 steals and 1.0 blocks with that team in 2012-13, over 64 games.

Adding Kirilenko bolsters the Brooklyn bench, along with Jason Terry, after the team went out and traded for Paul Pierce and Kevin Garnett. - AMD, GMA News
