NBA: Kenyon Martin stays with Knicks

Veteran big man Kenyon Martin has agreed to return to the New York Knicks, Adrian Wojnarowski of Yahoo Sports reported.

Wojnarowski reported that Martin will sign a one-year deal worth the veteran's minimum ($1.4 million), citing a league source.

Martin was a mid-season addition to the Knicks, figuring in 18 regular season games. He normed 24 minutes and put up 7.2 points, 5.3 rebonds, 0.9 steals and 0.9 blocks.

In 12 postseason games, his numbered dropped to 5.8 points and 4.5 rebounds.
