Oden, I'm told, will report to Miami on Monday to formally sign his contract. Two-year deal at league minimum with player option in Year 2

He is expected to sign a two-year deal for the league minimum, with the second year being a player option.
Oden was the top pick in the 2007 NBA draft by the Portland Trail Blazers, but he missed his entire rookie season, and has logged just a total of 82 games since then, due to an assortment of knee injuries. He played his last game on December 5, 2009.
Should Oden be finally healthy, the Heat would get an immense boost in their front court, which relied heavily on the undersized Udonis Haslem last season. The team also re-upped reserve big man Chris Andersen during the offseason and made room for Oden by waiving shooter Mike Miller using the amnesty clause. - AMD, GMA News
