Atoy Co, Jerry Codinera, Vince Hizon answer fan questions on 'Tonight with Arnold Clavio'

Philippine basketball legends Atoy Co, Jerry Codinera, and Vince Hizon sat down to answer some fan questions on Tonight With Arnold Clavio.

Dranreb Gesultura asked Atoy Co if he approves of getting naturalized players to play for the national team. The former Crispa Redmanizer expressed his disapproval, even going to say that as much as possible, PBA players should be Filipinos.

Jerry Codinera was second, and was asked by Kram Arros Errob what he thinks of the San Mig Coffee Mixers. The Mixers were formerly Purefoods, the team Jerry played for during his career.

The "Defense Minister" was all praises for his former team. "Malakas ang team nila. Well-coached, balanced, and I think they have more championships or semifinals na makukuha pa," he said.

Lastly, Vince Hizon had this to say about Jaime Figurasin's question on which PBA player will make it to the NBA. "We're being recognized by the NBA already. I know for a fact that David Stern already says that the Philippines has the number one Twitter and Facebook following outside of the US in the world.

"They're starting to see more and more Asians already in the NBA. You're seeing Jeremy Lin. You're seeing Yao Ming before. Who knows? Maybe one day we'll have the PBA or a Filipino in the league."

If you would ask these legends (or your favorite player for that matter) one question, what would it be? - Nadz Ruiz / AMD, GMA News
