NBA: Stephenson clashing with teammates; Hornets look to trade

Charlotte Hornets guard Lance Stephenson may have already worn out his welcome with his new team.

The Boston Globe reported the team is looking to trade Stephenson after signing him to a free agent deal in the offseason. He has reportedly clashed with teammates.

Stephenson is averaging just 10.9 points per game and shooting 38.6 percent as the Hornets have struggled to an 8-19 record. He has been limited by a groin injury since the preseason but has managed to average 6.8 rebounds and 4.8 assists in 25 games.- Reuters
