The Talk 'N Text Tropang Texters pulled off a stunning 99-91 victory on Saturday over the Chinese Taipei national team at the SMART-Araneta Coliseum.

With the victory, the PBA squad improved to 1-1 after two days in the MVP Cup pocket tournament.

The Tropang Texters rallied back from an eight-point deficit heading into the fourth quarter. Talk 'N Text poured in 34 points in the final period to run away with the win.

Rookie Troy Rosario, who is fresh off a stint with Gilas Pilipinas in Taiwan, led the way for Talk 'N Text with 19 points and nine rebounds. - JST, GMA News
