UAAP: Aroga lifts NU past Adamson

The NU Bulldogs dominated the Adamson Falcons for a 75-54 victory on Wednesday at the MOA Arena in Pasay City.

Alfred Aroga had a solid outing for the defending champions, tallying 16 points with eight boards and four assists. Gelo Alino added 10 markers with six boards, while Ralph Tansingco recorded his career-high 10 points with seven boards. Rev Diputado and Paolo Javelona combined for 13 points.

Adamson held the lead after the first quarter, 19-17, but was limited to nine points in the second. The Falcons could not contain the Bulldogs in the second half, allowing 42 points while scoring just 26.

Ivan Villanueva was the only Falcon in double figures with 11 points, while Papi Sarr had nine points and seven boards. - GMA News
