Joe Devance joins Tim Cone at Ginebra after four-team deal

Joe Devance has been reunited with coach Tim Cone at Barangay Ginebra San Miguel after the PBA approved a multi-team transaction on Tuesday.

The versatile forward, who played under Cone with the Alaska Aces and the Star Hotshots, ended up with the Gin Kings in the deal that involved four teams.

Cone had moved from Star to Ginebra this offseason.

The Star Hotshots, now coached by Jason Webb, received second-year players Jake Pascual and Ronald Pascual from Barako Bull in the deal.

Barako Bull, meanwhile, received Prince Caperal from GlobalPort and Mac Baracel from Ginebra.

GlobalPort, for its part, took veteran center Dorian Pena from the Gin Kings.

The deal was approved by commissioner Chito Narvasa on Monday. --JST, GMA News
