TNT KaTropa leaned on a 36-point fourth quarter to defeat the NLEX Road Warriors and stay unbeaten in the 2016 Governors' Cup on Wednesday at the SMART-Araneta Coliseum.

Jayson Castro led TNT with 23 points, while import Mario Little chipped in 18. Troy Rosario chipped in 20 points off the bench, while Michael Madanly tallied 10.

The Road Warriors were in control for most of the game and took a nine-point lead early in the fourth.

But TNT went on a late run to cut the deficit to just one point entering the final two minutes, 93-92.

The Tropa finally took the lead at the 1:11 mark, as Troy Rosario and Ryan Reyes accounted for a five-point run for a 97-93 edge.

Off a timeout, Asi Taulava was able to take two back from the line, but a Mario Little triple with 24 ticks to go pushed TNT ahead, 100-95.

The Road Warriors failed to recover, as costly turnovers from Henry Walker and Asi Taulava doomed NLEX.

Walker paced NLEX with 26 points, while Asi Taulava and Jonas Villanueva scored 14 and 12 points, respectively, as starters. Sean Anthony and Mac Baracael also chipped in a combined 22 points off the bench. —JST, GMA News
