James Harden names his NBA Mount Rushmore
Every NBA superstar at some point gets asked about their NBA Mount Rushmore — their all-time starting five selection of the best NBA players.
James Harden got his turn on Wednesday evening, during his Free to Harden press conference at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City.
His selection? Michael Jordan, Kobe Bryant, Larry Bird, Magic Johnson, and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar.
Interestingly, he did not name any active player in the NBA, including himself.
Another notable snub is LeBron James, who is routinely mentioned in any debates about the Greatest Of All Time.

But Harden may have a good reason for his selection: any talk of basketball legacy will have to come when their careers are over.
"Every Hall of Famer has paved a way for themselves and made a name for themselves," said the Houston Rockets guard.
The 2018 Most Valuable Player wants to follow their footsteps, but at 29 years old, he still has a long way to go to build his Hall of Fame resume.
"Hopefully when I'm done playing basketball, I'll have reached all the achievements I've set for myself and hopefully I'd be one of those guys soon," he said. — LA, GMA News
