Ginebra's Slaughter, Thompson, Dela Cruz cut from Gilas 12 for SEA Games 2019
Barangay Ginebra players Greg Slaughter, Scottie Thompson, and Art dela Cruz were cut from the Gilas Pilipinas pool for the final 12 players who will be part of the national men's basketball team for the upcoming Southeast Asian Games.
The final roster was official released Saturday morning by the Samahang Basketbol ng Pilipinas.
The players who were selected for the Philippine team include Ginebra players LA Tenorio, Japeth Aguilar, and Stanley Pringle.
TNT KaTropa's RR Pogoy and Troy Rosario made it to the cut, together with San Miguel Beermen's Junemar Fajardo, Chris Ross, and Marcio Lassiter.
Matthew Wright, Kiefer Ravena, Christian Standhardinger, and Vic Manuel complete the Gilas lineup.
