Bucks' Giannis Antetokounmpo injures knee in Game 4 of East Finals vs Hawks
Milwaukee Bucks star Giannis Antetokounmpo exited Game 4 of the NBA Eastern Conference Finals against the Atlanta Hawks on Wednesday (Manila time) after suffering a knee injury (hyperextended).
The two-time MVP got the injury after challenging an alley-oop shot from Clint Capela with 7:14 left in the third period.
After Giannis' awkward landing, the big man was visibly hurt and was on the floor for minutes.
Giannis appears to have injured his leg.

He eventually stood up and was able to walk back to the locker room, but with the help of his brother Thanassis.

Giannis, who had 14 points and 8 rebounds prior to the incident, returned to the Milwaukee Bench during the fourth period.
The Hawks, who played sans Trae Young because of a bone bruise injury, tied the series at 2-2 after dominating the Bucks, 110-88.
