Thirdy Ravena, San-en snap three-game slump at Ibaraki's expense

Thirdy Ravena and the San-en Neophoenix reversed their fortunes on Sunday, arresting a three-game slump with a dominant win against the Ibaraki Robots, 88-63, on Sunday in the Japan Professional Basketball League (B.League).

San-en detonated 22 and 21-point performances in the second and third quarters, respectively, and limited the Robots to just 12 and 11 points in those periods to take control of the game.

The Robots tried to make a comeback in the fourth period and limited San-En to just 12, but it was already too late for Ibaraki.

San-en had the advantage at the end of the first half, 50-34.

Elias Harris led San-en with 21 points, seven rebounds, and four assists, while Justin Knox had 14 points and seven rebounds. Thirdy Ravena tallied seven markers and boards each.

Eric Jacobsen listed 20 points and eight rebounds for Ibaraki. Gomez de Liaño is still not part of the team's lineup.

Thirdy and San-en, now 3-5, will face Ray Parks and the Nagoya Dolphins on Wednesday. Ibaraki, meanwhile, will go against the Seahorses Mikawa on the same day.
