Dwight Ramos' Toyama notches back-to-back wins after beating Thirdy's San-en
Dwight Ramos helped steer the Toyama Grouses in dismantling Thirdy Ravena and the San-en NeoPhoenix, 92-77, in the 2021 Japan B.League on Saturday at home at the Toyama City Gymnasium.
The Gilas Pilipinas star carved out 15 points, three rebounds, and an assist as the Grouses recorded back-to-back wins following a 94-80 victory over Kyoto last Wednesday.
Julian Mavinga led the offensive charge for Toyama, notching 22 points, seven boards, and six dimes while Joshua Smith posted a double-double of 21 points and 11 rebounds.
Toyama now improved to 3-10 while San-en notched a fifth straight loss for a similar 3-10 win-loss card.
In the loss, Ravena finished with 13 markers, one rebound, and three assists in 27 minutes of action.
The two teams face anew on Sunday, November 14, at 12:05 p.m.
