Top Gilas pick Isaac Go signs two-year deal with Terrafirma

Isaac Go is set for his professional debut after he inked a two-year deal with Terrafirma Dyip.

Dyip head coach John Cardel confirmed the development, saying both Go and Terrafirma camps have finally reached an agreement following days of talks that came after Go secured his release from SBP.

"Na-sign na siya, okay na," Cardel told GMA News Online.

"Tomorrow sasama na siya sa practice and tatanungin ko siya if in shape ba siya or what para malaman natin if pwede na siya makalaro. But hopefully, makalaro na nga agad."

Go's signing came with only a day left before the 2021 PBA Governors' Cup resumes on February 11. The 25-year-old Go is tipped to suit up when Terrafirma faces Blackwater on Saturday, February 12, at 4 p.m.

Go, alongside Rey Suerte, Allyn Bulanadi, and brothers Mike and Matt Nieto, got the green light to play in the PBA after their contract with the national team expired last January 30.

All five have also been signed with their mother clubs with Suerte signing with Blackwater,  Bulanadi with Alaska, Matt and Mike with NLEX and Rain or Shine, respectively.

Terrafirma is currently 1-4 in the import-laced conference. — LA, GMA News
