Princepal Singh banners 12-man Indian team for FIBA World Cup qualifiers window
The Indian men's national basketball team has already left for the Philippines for the February window of the 2023 FIBA World Cup Asian Qualiifers, starting on February 24 at the Araneta Coliseum.

The squad flew to the country on Monday night with 6-foot-10 big man Princepal Singh bannering the 12-man squad for the window, where they will face the Philippines on February 25.
Singh played with Filipino wunderkind Kai Sotto during their stint with the NBA G League Ignite team. The 21-year-old slotman then went on to sign with the New Zealand Breakers in the NBL, where Sotto also plays for the Adelaide 36ers.
India will also square off with New Zealand twice on February 24 and 28. The Indians were also scheduled to slug it out against South Korea on the 27th but the latter have reportedly decided to pull out due to COVID-19 concerns.
Completing India's roster are Sahaij Pratap Singh Sekhon, Muin Bek Hafeez, Vishesh Bhriguvanshi, Amritpal Singh, Manoj Belur Manjunatha, Palpreet Singh Brar, Aravind Annadurai, Pranav Prince, Rajeev Kumar, Arvind Kumar, Muthu Krishnan, and Prashant Singh Rawat.
