San Sebastian gets first win in PBA D-League at expense of UST

Apex Fuel-San Sebastian barged into the win column of the PBA D-League as it defeated Builders Warehouse-UST, 88-83, on Thursday at Smart Araneta Coliseum.

Rhinwil Yambing led San Sebastian in scoring with 19 points, while James Una registered a double-double with 16 points and 10 rebounds. Ichie Altamirano added 16 points, while Ken Villapando listed 10 points.

UST's Kean Baclaan had 17 points, eight assists, and seven rebounds, while Christian Manaytay had 16 points in their second straight loss.

Earlier, Adalem Construction-St. Clare dismantled AMA Online, 84-50.

The league will return to action on Friday when CEU faces EcoOil-DLSU at 9 a.m.. Marinerong Pilipino, whose core is composed of Mapua University players, will take on Wangs-Letran at 11 a.m. in another faceoff since competing in the NCAA Season 97 Finals.
