Danny Ildefonso and Danny Seigle reunite at PBA Greatest Players induction
It was a moment San Miguel fans of the early 2000s were probably waiting for.
Big man Danny Ildefonso and his frontcourt partner Danny Seigle were reunited on Friday during the PBA's Greatest Players induction and 50th anniversary celebration at the Solaire Resort North in Quezon City.
Ildefonso was part of the PBA's 40 Greatest Players, while Seigle was recently inducted to complete the 50 Greatest Players.
Ildefonso said the two last met around two years ago.

'The Demolition Man' Ildefonso himself was happy for the inclusion of Seigle, along with big man Nelson Asaytono.
"Finally, nakasama na sila," Ildefonso said when asked about the inclusion of Asaytono and Seigle.
"Talaga namang deserving sila na makasali sila. Happy na-happy ako. Salamat sa mga nag-push na makasama sila, si The Bull idol at si brother Danny Seigle," he added.
[Finally, they are part of it... They really are deserving to be part of it. I'm very happy. Thank you to those who pushed for them, The Bull idol and brother Danny Seigle.]
Ildefonso said he and 'Dynamite' Danny had a lot of memorable moments in the league.
"Halos lahat, maganda 'yung pagsasama namin kasi maganda ang relationship namin sa San Miguel before," said Ildefonso.
[Nearly all, we had good camaraderie because we had a good relationship at San Miguel before.]
Seigle, meanwhile, called it a privilege to be inducted to the Greatest Players club.

"It's a privilege to be in such great company, coming in with June Mar Fajardo, probably the best player, he's the GOAT (greatest of all time), Jeff Cariaso, who was a mentor to me, and my dad's favorite player Nelson, so it's a great privilege," Seigle said.
While it took a while before he was included in the elite club, Seigle said he is just happy to be part of it.
"I was hoping, I was praying," Seigle said about his inclusion. "I know there's a lot of conversation about not making it to the top 40 but I'm here now, I'm happy."

Seigle played in the PBA from 1999 to 2017 where he played a big chunk of it with the San Miguel franchise. With the Beermen, he won seven titles before he moved to the Air21/Barako Bull franchise. He had his last stop with TNT where he won one more title in 2015.
He won Finals MVP four times and was a two-time Best Player of the Conference (1999 Governors' Cup and 2006 Philippine Cup).
An eight-time PBA All-Star, Seigle also was part of the First Mythical Team thrice, Second Mythical Team once, and was named Rookie of the Year in 1999.
