PBA: JB Bahio delivers game-winner as NLEX completes comeback vs Rain or Shine

JB Bahio delivered the game-winning basket as NLEX defeated Rain or Shine, 92-90, on Wednesday in the PBA Commissioner’s Cup at the Ninoy Aquino Stadium.

Tied at 90 with less than a minute left, Bahio knocked down a jumper off a Robert Bolick assist to give the Road Warriors a slim lead. Rain or Shine had one last chance, but Gian Mamuyac committed a turnover that sealed the victory for NLEX.

Bahio finished with nine points as the Road Warriors erased a 14-point deficit to hand the Elasto Painters their second loss of the conference.

Bolick led NLEX with 30 points, 11 assists, and six rebounds, while import Cady Lalanne added 21 points, 14 rebounds, three blocks, two assists, and a steal as the Road Warriors improved to 8-2.

Jaylen Johnson paced the Elasto Painters with 17 points, 15 rebounds, eight assists, two blocks, and a steal, while Adrian Nocum contributed 15 points, three steals, three assists, and a rebound as Rain or Shine also fell to 8-2.
