PBA: Jerrick Ahanmisi and Juami Tiongson

Jerrick Ahanmisi is headed to San Miguel after Terrafirma traded him on Wednesday.

The explosive guard was dealt to the Beermen along with fellow Terrafirma backcourt standout Paolo Hernandez. In return, the Dyip received the rights to former player Juami Tiongson, veteran guard Chris Miller, and a future Season 52 draft pick.

Ahanmisi has enjoyed a surge in production since joining Terrafirma in another trade in August 2025.

In Terrafirma's finish in the ongoing Season 50 Commissioner's Cup, the former Adamson guard posted impressive averages of 21.25 points, 4.67 assists, and 3.00 rebounds, which allowed the franchise to open the conference with a 3-0 start. They ended up with a 4-8 card, falling short of a playoff spot.

He will now join a star-studded San Miguel team that features the likes of June Mar Fajardo, Jericho Cruz, CJay Perez, Marcio Lassiter, and Chris Ross.

Tiongson, meanwhile, is returning to a familiar home, rejoining Terrafirma after being traded to San Miguel in November 2024. During his two-year tenure with the Beermen, the former Ateneo standout helped the franchise win two Philippine Cup titles in Seasons 49 and 50.
