Divine Adili's father Elias set to fly to Philippines
Elias Adili, the father of late Ateneo student-athlete Chukwuemeka Divine Adili, is set to fly to the Philippines as investigations continue into the deaths of his son and teammate Rene Baterbonia during a team-building activity.
The 60-year-old Elias confirmed the development to GMA News Online, but shared that there is no final arrival date yet.
Elias will arrive in the Philippines more than a week after Divine and Baterbornia died in a drowning tragedy in Dipaculao, Aurora last Monday, when the Blue Eagles set up a training camp there alongside several team members and coaches.
