Malignaggi hits out at Pacquiao for ducking random drug tests
American former light welterweight and welterweight champ, and current Showtime boxing commentator Paul “Paulie” Malignaggi hit out at Filipino ring icon Manny Pacquiao for allegedly ducking and dodging random drug testing when the Sarangani Congressman was at his peak.
I don't give credit to guys who hide and duck from random drug testing while accomplishing things that seem pretty amazing.

Paq should have been the first to volunteer for those random tests when he was destroying people while constantly jumping weight classes.

a fight in which he submitted to random testing I will not give that credit.

In a series of tweets, Malignaggi said “I don’t give credit to guys who hide and duck from random drug testing while accomplishing things that seem pretty amazing. Paq [Pacquiao] should have been the first to volunteer for those random tests when he was destroying people while constantly jumping weight classes. Instead, he ducked and dodged them so no, until I see a destructive Paq performance for a fight in which he submitted to random testing I will not give that credit.”

So don't ask me stupid questions or make stupid comments when I'm a fighter that can look in the mirror and know I did this shit clean.

Malignaggi also added, “This sport needs to be take [taken] in the right direction and a guy with his popularity should have been the first one to set the example and volunteer for it. So don’t ask me stupid questions or make stupid comments when I’m a fighter that can look in the mirror and know I did this shit clean.”
Pacquiao, an eight-division titlist, famously avoided Olympic-style drug testing for many years, saying he didn’t want to have blood drawn in the 30-day period before a fight. However, he was willing to have blood taken prior to that timeframe, as well as immediately after the fight.
Such was Pacquiao’s perseverance in this belief that rival Floyd Mayweather insinuated that the Filipino was taking performance-enhancing drugs, while led to Pacquiao suing the American for defamation.
Later on however, Pacquiao’s side did agree to random drug testing of blood and urine, though Mayweather still didn’t sign off on a fight.
