Pinoy fighter Sonny Boy Jaro's world title shot moved to November

Organizers of the showdown between former WBC world flyweight champion Sonny Boy Jaro and current WBC world super flyweight title holder Carlos Cuadras have moved the fight to November 13 in Washington state.

The two were originally scheduled to slug it out in Mexico on September 20. Instead, Cuadras will take a tuneup fight against Filipino journeyman Rey Megrino on October 20.

"They probably want a harder and longer preparation for us," said Sonny Boy's manager, Aljoe Jaro. "May paglalagyan din sila sa amin."
