Pacquiao will win against Algieri, says Khan

Former world light welterweight champion Amir Khan is tabbing Manny Pacquiao to dispose of Chris Algieri when they meet on November 23.

 

Khan, 27, used to train under the tutelage of Pacquiao trainer Freddie Roach, even serving as a sparring partner for the Filipino fight icon until he left the Wild Card gym a couple of years ago.

 

"Pacquiao will be the winner. I think he's a better boxer," Khan told fighthype.com.

 

"I mean, he's a stronger boxer, he punches harder, he has a little bit more quicker movements, he's more explosive. I think that will win him the fight,"

 

Khan is slated to face Devon Alexander next month and hopes to fight Floyd Mayweather or Manny Pacquiao in his next fight. — JST, GMA News
