After meeting at Heat game, Mayweather visits Pacquiao at hotel

In a radio interview, Pacquiao's friend Bernard Cloma said the two boxers also met at Pacquiao's hotel room after their initial meeting at the American Airlines Arena during a Miami Heat game.
 

"Sasabihin ko na sa inyo, pumunta si Mayweather dito sa hotel ni Manny," Cloma said, although he didn't confirm if it was about the anticipated bout.

 

Nonetheless, he said again of the fight: "Matutuloy... May 2. Gusto ni Mayweather na May 2."

 

Cloma said the two spoke at the sala of Pacquiao's hotel room, his wife Jinkee and Mayweather's Filipino assistant among the witnesses.

 

He also countered claims that Mayweather picked a fight with Pacquiao when he approached during the basketball game.

 

"Kanina lang nu'ng basketball, nu'ng binanggit siya (Pacquiao), si Mayweather na 'yung lumapit. Kaya 'yung iba diyan na gumagawa ng istorya, that's not true, na inaway daw. That's not true," he said.
