Manny Pacquiao reveals: Jinkee almost left me because of my womanizing

Manny Pacquiao admitted that his wife Jinkee almost left him in the past amid problems stemming from his womanizing and other vices.

The Filipino ring icon made the admission this past weekend during a church service in Los Angeles, California, where he is training for his May 2 fight with Floyd Mayweather in Las Vegas.

Pacquiao credited his born-again Christian faith with saving his relationship with his wife.



"I'm happy that the Lord changed my life," said Pacquiao in an interview with Pastor Dudley Rutherford, who showed clips from a documentary featuring the fighter drinking and partying. These images, according to Manny and Jinkee, brought back painful memories of the couple's difficult time.

"Personally, I don't like it now, to see that video again. (But) it's... to inspire people," said Pacquiao, who added he wanted to bring the "lost people back to the Lord." -- JST, GMA News
