Pacquiao-Bradley tickets remain unsold minutes before fight

A few minutes before the third encounter between Manny Pacquiao and Timothy Bradley Jr., tickets for the fight remained unsold and were still on sale at the gate of MGM Grand Arena in Las Vegas.

While the figures are yet to be released by MGM and the event promoter Top Rank, news of thousands of unsold tickets surfaced three days before the fight. On fight night, meanwhile, tickets on all levels were still on sale at the ticket booth of the venue.

The reception of the third bout between the two fighters proved lukewarm from the moment that it was announced as fans and observers alike felt that Pacquiao could've chose another opponent for what would be he says his farewell fight.

Bob Arum, for his part, says he's predicting to sell in the neighborhood 750,000 on pay-per-views. --JM Siasat/JST, GMA News
