Pacquiao sister moved to tears watching brutal Horn fight

Manny Pacquiao's sister Lisa Onding could not help but cry as she watched her brother get bloodied against Australia's Jeff Horn during their match on Sunday.
 
"Naawa ako kasi kapatid ko 'yan, ang gusto ko lang huminto na siya pero wala kaming magagawa," Onding said in a report by Mav Gonzales for "24 Oras" on Monday.

Onding watched the Battle of Brisbane from their hometown of General Santos City.

She was one of the many Filipinos dismayed by the result of the fight.

The three judges unanimously scored the fight for Horn, who won despite Pacquiao dominating the punch stats.

Nevertheless, Pacquiao was given a hero's welcome upon his return to the Philippines on Monday. —Margaret Claire Layug/JST, GMA News
