Aira Villegas received her 2024 Paris Olympics bronze medal on Saturday.

Villegas claimed a bronze medal after falling short against Turkiye's Buse Naz Cakiroglu in the women's boxing 50kg semifinals on Wednesday.

Kazakhstan's Nazym Kyzaibay also settled for bronze in the said weight class.

Meanwhile, China's Wu Yu won the gold medal, while Cakiroglu bagged the silver medal.

The Philippines has four medals from the Summer Games with two from gymnast Carlos Yulo and another bronze from fellow boxer Nesthy Petecio.
