Naoya Inoue set for Las Vegas return
Japanese pound-for-pound superstar Naoya Inoue is set to return to the US when he defends his undisputed super bantamweight title against Ramon Cardenas on May 4 at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.
Inoue, 29-0 with 26 knockouts, held his last eight fights in his home country of Japan.
The current holder of the WBC, WBA, WBO, and IBF 122-pound titles, Inoue is currently ranked as the no.2 pound-for-pound fighter in the world by The Ring.

Cardenas, meanwhile, is 26-1 with 14 knockouts as a boxer, who has not lost a fight since 2017. His upcoming bout with Inoue will be his first attempt at a world championship.
