The pressure-packed three-pointer nailed by the hotshot guard out of De La Salle capped an 11-4 Realtors run that erased a five-point deficit and put them on top for good, 74-72, entering the homestretch. Gabby Espinas then added a jumper, before Yeo drove hard to the basket to make it a six-point Sta. Lucia lead from where the Realtors never looked back. Now improving their record to 9-6 and tying the Purefoods Giants at fifth place, the Realtors remain in the thick of the fight for the three outright berths in the quarterfinals. âWe know weâre still in the fight for the top five and we want to grab the opportunity. Weâll be there fighting," said Sta. Lucia mentor Boyet Fernandez. Yeo punctuated his second most productive game as a pro by going seven-of-seven from the foul line and 11-of-19 from the field. Kelly Williams came through with another double-double of 15 points and 17 rebounds as the Realtors won for the second straight game in three days. Rookie Josh Urbiztondo added 15 points and took care of the Realtorsâ ball-handling chores after starting point guard Ryan Reyes sat out the second half with a sore back. Burger King fell to 5-11 overall despite getting decent numbers from new acquisitions Alex Cabagnot and Wesley Gonzales. Cabagnot came through with a team-high 17 points and nine rebounds, while Gonzales added 13 markers and six rebounds. The game saw coach Yeng Guiao getting ejected in the waning minutes after incurring technical fouls.
